In Şanlıurfa, one of the children who were playing with the hunting rifle had lost his life due to the misfiring of the rifle.
In Karacurun Quarter of Hilvan District, 9 years old H.C played with his friend M.P who came their home as a guest. As a result of misfiring the hunting rifle at the hand of İ.H.C among the children who were playing the hunting rifle they found at home, M.P. was wounded.
Wounded child taken to the hospital could not be saved despite of the medical intervention.
While İ.H.C who caused the event was brought to the police station, relatives of M.P who heard about his death went into hysterics in the garden of the hospital.
The body of the deceased child was brought to the Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital for autopsy.
Investigation of the event is ongoing.
